Motor Vehicle Records

When an employee drives for business purposes, whether driving a truck, going on a sales call, or picking up stationary, an employer can be held liable for an employee’s action behind the wheel.  To mitigate driving related and other risks, Veritable offers 3-7 years of statewide driving records for all 50 states, including Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).  A typical motor vehicle record (MVR) will provide any driving restrictions, violations, suspensions, and at times DUIs that may not be recorded in a criminal record.
